Among Silicon Valley’s billionaires, Marc Benioff stands out as a hot shot for his fascinating rhetoric. He’s a very colorful and interesting character. Though he definitely seems to have his quirks, no matter how you look at it.

As you know, he’s the founder and CEO of Salesforce, the world’s largest CRM company. Now even Japan’s major comprehensive universities are using it across the board (ours too)! Truly remarkable.

He recently commented on AI and sales roles. He said AI is great and can boost a company’s competitiveness depending on how it’s used, but when it comes to those crucial human connections, it really has to be a human. I agree.

And I also agree with his prediction that in the future, everything outside that “it really has to be a human” domain will be replaced by AI.

その彼がAIと営業職に関してコメントを出しました。AIはとてもいいし 使い方によっては企業の競争力を上げるんだけれども、ここぞという人間的なコネクションになると、やっぱり人間じゃなきゃねという発言。同意します。

そしてまた、「やっぱり人間じゃなきゃね」というドメイン以外は、ことごとくAIに置換される未来予想にも、同意します。
